1. All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Full prepayment is required to secure the booking.

3. All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a refund.

4. Any amendment requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience.

5. In the event of adverse weather conditions or operational reasons, the resort reserves the right to reschedule the experience to an alternative date or time.

6. No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
