Ayurveda is the world's oldest system of holistic healing, designed to restore balance between the mind, body, and spirit. The philosophy holds that there are three basic constitutions, or doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—that shape our physical, mental, and emotional selves. Our Ayurvedic journeys aim to harmonize these three vital energies.
